1. Estimates & Quotes

  • All estimates provided are free and without obligation.

  • Estimates are based on the information provided by the client and may be subject to adjustment if project details change.

2. Scheduling & Payment

  • A project start date will be scheduled once the client approves the estimate.

  • Payment terms will be outlined in writing prior to the start of work.

  • Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule projects due to weather, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Warranties & Satisfaction

  • We stand by the quality of our work and aim for 100% customer satisfaction.

  • Any concerns must be reported within 7 days of project completion so we can promptly address them.

  • Normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, or third-party work are not covered under our warranty.

5. Property Access & Preparation

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring safe access to the project area.

  • We will take reasonable precautions to protect your property, but we are not liable for pre-existing conditions or items not removed/protected by the client.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Squared Away Solutions Painting and Construction is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for services rendered.

7. Privacy

  • Any personal information you provide is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
